System Introduction

The BMS battery manager aging test stand can be divided into two parts through mechanical splitting, which can be used separately and can be moved with rollers. It is compatible with various BMU master controls, BMC slave controls and other product aging purposes. Through the self-developed aging test platform, the barcode is scanned to perform unified management of BMS products, separate collection and monitoring, and load aging. The data is uploaded to the MES system for data traceability.

Function Introduction

1. Each shelf on the left and right can age a total of 200 products;

2. Aging rack size: 1782*1555*1000mm;

3. Maximum aging quantity: 200*12=2400;

4. Aging time: 4 hours;

5. Manual loading and unloading time: 1 hour;

6. Aging capacity: 2400/5=480pcs/H;

7. Temperature range: room temperature to 100℃ (adjustable at will);

8. Heating rate: 2℃/minute;

9. Temperature difference balance: 5℃; Temperature deviation: ≤±5℃;

10. Temperature probe: 5 points in the product area, 1 point each for the air inlet and outlet;

11. Safety protection: smoke detection protection, over-temperature protection, fireproof material, leakage protection, electric control safety mark;

12. MES system: connect to MES and upload corresponding data according to the needs of Party A

Wiring introduction

1. The aging rack and the control box are connected to the circuit through an aviation plug. When the aging rack is moved, the control box and the aging rack are separated by splitting the aviation plug to ensure that the control box does not move;

2. The aging rack can be divided into two parts, left and right, by mechanical splitting, and can be used separately;

3. The individual switches of the designated workstations are controlled by the touch screen. After the control panel is pressed to start, the PLC controls the aging rack workstations to power on in sequence or together.
