Production Line Introduction

The production line realizes the automatic test production line composed of five parts: burning, FCT, aging, EOL, and listening for car amplifier products. Its core is the virtual instrument technology and mechatronics control technology of PCI bus. Adopting the IO module and data acquisition card independently developed by Jinkaibo, the virtual instrument technology is used to automatically test the relevant functions (audio, video, and electrical signal functions), and the test results are saved in the database, realizing the comprehensive functional test and aging test of the car amplifier.

Production Line Function

Burn Station:

Equipped with professional burning equipment, it can establish a connection with the main control chip of the car amplifier, and write the control code, configuration parameters, etc. into the chip through a specific burning program to ensure that the amplifier has the instructions and data required for accurate operation;

FCT Test Station:

Through the signal generator, different types of audio signals are input to the amplifier, and the power analyzer, oscilloscope, etc. collect various parameters of the output signal of the amplifier, such as power, frequency response, distortion, etc., to verify whether the basic functions of the amplifier meet the design requirements.

Aging Test Station:

Conditions: Temperature: 60±3℃; Time: 90 minutes;

Aging process with load test, using resistors for pull-load;

Online aging, product automatic plug-in, aging cabinet 50 acupoints;

EOL test station: Before the product is about to go offline, the overall performance of the car amplifier is fully tested. Integrate multiple test items, verify the various functions and performance indicators of the amplifier again, and confirm whether the product meets the factory standards;

Listening Test Station:

A2B sound source: Provide sound source through A2B box, music is self-selected;

Listening test: After waking up, wait for 5s for the current to stabilize, send instructions, test the standby current, test the sound of each channel (music is selected according to the channel definition, bass, mid-range, treble music, and sound source is selected), and finally execute clearing and reading dtc.

During the listening test, CAN communication is required to maintain the working state of the equipment.
