System Introduction


1. Flexible test mode: The vehicle-mounted OBC & DC-DC aging test system is highly flexible and can perform single tests on OBC (on-board charger) or DC-DC converter, or comprehensive tests on both at the same time;

2. High temperature durability test: The tested device can run continuously for more than 3,000 hours in a high temperature environment of 85°C, simulating the long-term use of OBC & DC-DC under extreme high temperature conditions to ensure its stability and reliability in high temperature environments;

3. Constant humidity and heat test: Simulate the impact of high humidity environment on the equipment and evaluate its performance under humid conditions;

4. High temperature and high humidity test: Combine high temperature and high humidity conditions to accelerate material aging and chemical reactions and quickly evaluate the durability of the equipment;

5. Low temperature and low humidity test: Simulate low temperature and dry environment to test the performance of the equipment under extreme low temperature conditions.

6. Temperature change and humidity and heat cycle test: By simulating the alternating changes of temperature and humidity, the adaptability and reliability of the equipment in complex environments are evaluated. For example, the temperature cycle test can quickly switch between high and low temperature environments in a short period of time, simulating the extreme temperature changes that the equipment may encounter in actual use;

7. Accelerated life test: By running the equipment under accelerated aging conditions such as high temperature and high humidity, its service life can be quickly evaluated. High temperature and high humidity are used to accelerate the chemical reaction rate, so as to predict the long-term reliability of the equipment in a short time;

8. Data management and traceability: All test data are automatically saved and can be uploaded to the MES system to ensure the traceability of the test process. This not only facilitates quality control, but also provides data support for subsequent product improvements.
