Equipment Features
1. The test standard is manually input or directly imported, and the test data results can be automatically compared with the manually input test standard, showing the test results OK/NG, and can be automatically saved and queried according to the test items;
2. After the test, the system automatically counts the total number of tests and the number of test failures, and stores them in the computer in a database;
3. The graphical report produced on the day is displayed in real time on the main interface of the test station. Including defective rate, qualified rate, and output information;
4. Each test station can view and export the test information of this test station, and can query the detailed records of the test by scanning the barcode, entering the barcode code, entering the date, special number, station, tester and other conditions.
5. Real-time display of the test status of the equipment, such as standby, testing, qualified test, and test failure alarm;
6. The cumulative number of tests, test time, and test failure rate of each device can be queried in the background through time periods;
7. Real-time display of the test status, test value, test result, and test time of each function in the order of test steps;
8. After the test is completed, OK is displayed prominently for qualified and NG is displayed prominently for unqualified, and a pleasant voice prompt is issued. The voice prompt function can be selected to be blocked in the background;
9. After the test is completed, the data is automatically saved.
